1. Indeed! It's not even possible on a Mac.

Unless you use bootcamp or similar, which seems like putting Pontiac Aztec wheels on a Porsche Cayenne.

Ewww.

2. Ha, Macs are not immune to crashes or viruses.

Are you less likely? Yes. Are you completely immune? Hell no. We live in the age where there's 150 different operating systems to choose from and we don't just have to choose Windows or Mac anymore. Not a single operating system on the planet - and that includes Mac OS and all the various Linux distributions - that is completely immune from crashes, hacks, viruses, or the dreaded DDOS. The biggest difference between Mac OS and Windows is that Mac OS doesn't have blue screen of death errors.

3. Yes but they do have the endless spinning wheel of consternation and kernel panics.

Mine often has a kernel panic when it goes to sleep, but that could have something to do with my "Mac" being a Dell Latitude hacked to run OSX.

4. I don't touch Hackintosh.

I've seen it done and I can get that it works but the maintenance and updates I think would be a pain in the ass to work with.
