So are you thinking about buying that $10,000 iWatch?

What a strange item. I can just about see spending that much on what would be a family heirloom, but these will be obsolete in just a few years.

1. I wish the damn things would become the object of total ridicule. 300 dollars worth of gold...

...plus 400 bucks of "watch" and you paid 10 grand for it? Let me write "You're a sucker" on your forehead.

3. If I wanted to spend that kind of money on a watch,

which I don't and can't, I'd probably get something like this, which I wouldn't have to upgrade every year:

And still have money left over for a nice cruise.

The Cartier is VERY nice, BTW.

even more pointless than buying those overpriced Dr. Dre headphones.

... to re-work all of our reports and shit so they play nice on The Watch.

10. Where is the 'Other' option

If someone gave me the $10,000 and held a gun to my head saying 'You must buy this iWatch or die'

Yeah then I'd buy one.

Else Fuck no.

11. iNo

My dad gave me a Timex 25 years ago that he probably spent $20 on. It works great and I still use it. Its simple, black band and chrome color watch. It winds, so no battery needed, and it still keeps good time.

13. sometimes its not about price

Timex made good watches. Mine has been dropped dozens of times and it still is scratch free and works great.

15. I've lost or destroyed every watch I've ever had.

And I don't buy anything Apple, but I do have a few 6502 & 6800 family Apple computers gathering dust in my garage.

So, no.

16. I'd rather spend that on a Breitling or something...

At least you can get some attention from the ladies after flashing the Breitling...
