Question on our phones V-Tech

When my wife and I moved into the Condo we bought a set of V-tech phones. One regular cord phone (which was placed in my man cave do to where phone modem/wireless box is.)

We have 2 satellite cordless phones. One in the living room and one is the bedroom.

We have not had these phones a full year and the living room phone died on us earlier in the week. Not holding a charge nothing.


Now we are seeing the bedroom phone is going. Can't hold a charge.


Does this happen a lot with these type of phones. Do we need to buy new cordless satellite?
