Who is watching WD and Fear the Walking Dead?

Anyone notice that there is a difference in the speed that the dead are turning in L.A. versus the dead in Atlanta?

In L.A., which I presume was Ground Zero, the virus was at full strength and the dead reanimated almost immediately. But in Atlanta, the reanimation took quite a while. I just saw the episode where Laurie's little sister took several hours to reanimate and wondered if this is an indication that the virus is getting weaker?

The slower they turn. But you're right. There are some inconsistencies.
