They took my gall bladder out a few months ago, and I am still trying to figure out what I can and can't eat. The BK Diagnostic Tool would be extremely helpful in ferreting out that information.

The only thing I can depend on is if I eat something new or that I haven't eaten in a while, then I can expect many bathroom visits.

but 1 1/2 days is pretty close. Better than 2 or 3 days.
On the other hand, when I eat my homegrown beets (store bought don't seem to have this effect), if I have beets for dinner, my morning poop already is turning magenta-ish. Freaks me out as by morning I've always forgotten. The pee gets colorful within a few hours.
