What are these things??

I'm preparing for a garage sale this weekend and found these in my basement. They belonged to my brother who is now deceased. I'd like to know what they are before I set a price to them for the sale.

One potential clue is that he was an avid guitarist/singer and used to record music. Possibly these were part of that equipment??
