Wasn't sure where else to put this, so I put it here.
The term was blazenly, and in the context of what he was saying I think it was a combo of blatantly and brazenly.
I don't think the speaker necessarily meant to create it, but I found it interesting.

(10,164 posts)...used to come up with charming portmanteaux like that. "Stompled" (stomped/trampled) and "packlet" (package/booklet), etc...

It's probably not advisable to use that many in one sentence, though.
