but I loved it. The last episode was a bit too happily-ever-after but I enjoyed it anyhow.

Binging on "Better Call Saul" this weekend. It's a loss when a show ends. I hope all my "Downtown...." friends make it through ok! The programs we're getting these days are awesome!

Good old Dickie shant die, after all, and he and Isobel are shacked up in their love nest.

Robert has come to accept Cora's new role at the hospital.

Happy endings all around, except for Carsen.

...at various Downton Abbey fan fiction sites, so look around if you want to keep the stories going.

I have been completely hooked. I would have liked to have seen more of Lord and Lady Merton being together. Lord Merton is a silver fox, for sure!

I wonder how much good stuff ended up on the cutting room floor. I'd love to see every second

I will miss it so (in my best British accent). >sniff<

I was pleased with all the happy outcomes and glad there were no loose ends. I was delighted that they gave Edith her happy ending at last.

...moment of the whole 6 seasons, IMO, was Spratt turning out to be the advice columnist. I totally did not see that coming.

I'd love to meet that actor.

Who could have guessed Edith would inherit and run a magazine! And become a mother.

I found it sweet that her groom's mother was egged on by Robert. Something like "If you miss this, you'll lose her forever."

Lots of clever plot twists!

...Carsen mentioned his dream was to remain and die on the estate. It was as if he was married to Downton, ever faithful.
