well of a sort. I caught it early and had it whacked out quickly and all went well. I know what you were facing is potentially much worse. Glad things went well so far.

As it turned out, the biopsy got it all. Really small. Yay mammograms!

But I still didn't really breathe easy until today.

and your eyes open. Tech is advancing to help us all. I know you don't like to think of a relapse, but just stay aware. I try to remember to check my surface areas on a regular basis. I have a spot that I'm scheduled to have looked at next month. Probably a mole or something, but it's new.

I'd been told it wasn't likely to come back (very lucky on the type), but it's great to have confirmation.

My oncologist read the test reports, glared at me, then told me to "Get out of my waiting room, it's for sick people!" This was five years after losing part of a lung to cancer.

Kind of elevates the meaning of "breathe easy", which I'd been too scared to do for far too long.

Again, congratulations on your wonderful news.
