I'm trying out a new preamp + headphone setup. Weird to get it right, but Sennheisers are just glorious enough.

And yeah, I picked those videos purposely.

I'm actually wishing hifiguy was in the neighborhood because he is a technical wizard at sound.

1. Root is evil from the start, Regina had flashes of sweetness

Root& Controls' 2 scenes were powerful AND creepy. Both are excellent actresses. Regina & Rumple are together often, that's a near daily menace.
I still have an issue with Roots' redemptive arc, the POI writers pushed the character too fast into John & Harolds' mission. So. Root by an inch

2. I'm on the fence

Regina has flashes of humanity interspersed with announcements that she is going to commit violence on a large scale, I'll give you that.

Root has oceans of emotions, most of them dangerous. And I disagree with the idea that she was pushed into the scene too quickly - Root is a flash fire - a lightning strike and was written that way.

Thus my question.

3. I have this new amp complete with - vacuum tubes

It takes a second for them to wind up, but when they do, the sound is so delicious you could eat it with a spoon!

Poor Quality MP3's sound ... well, not perfect, but as close to it as they can get
