(37,985 posts)The wall above my sink did that because of the latex paint. I poked holes in the massive bubble and milked the water out. It was a surreal and upsetting experience.

(969 posts)What happened, did the air conditioner condensate line plug up? That's what happened at a work location. You can see that's at a joint, and it will have to be re-taped and textured before being repainted. That's after it all dries out. Hopefully, the sh*trock doesn't sag and need replacement, that's messy.

(13,081 posts)I can afford a new roof, but not until, coincidentally, until the end of monsoon season (Septemberish). The ironic thing is that I live n the Mojave. Any really hard rain overloads the drains. Shitty design for the flat part of the roof.
I've fixed the ceiling a few times, but now just repaint after any heavy rain. I'm a terrible homeowner
