Cow Appreciation Day

If you’ve ever seen cows in an open field, then it’s entirely possible that you’ve seen the most peaceful and placid animal the world has to offer. They have dark brown eyes like limpid pools, and you can see that they are utterly relaxed and without care. When startled, they even rapidly return to a place of calm, like any true panic is alien to them and comes and goes as quickly as the wind changes.
