Mel BROOKS's "Life Stinks" is on (Dish, "Studio"? channel)!1

It floats along from one social institution to another - the Church/religion, medical establishment, financial class - exposing the hypocrisy. The Mel character is a millionaire who takes a bet to live on the street for 30 days. All I remember is the scene where he and his new friends take the ashes of one of their group to disperse them over the ocean (but are confined to the inner L.A. & have to do it in the concrete L.A. river), and a breeze rises at the minute they throw them and they blow back on on them and they all have sneezing fits ("a-CHOO!1 a-CHOO!1&quot .

******ON EDIT: I misremembered. The blow back of the ashes landed all over them/their clothes, and as they swatted themselves to dust off they each said some farewell and best wishes with each swat at themselves. As they filed away, the last character was the only one who had a sneeze. One sneeze. Much more hilarious Mel's way than mine.
