I held traffic up one evening to allow a mommy and her 3 babies to cross the road.

People were honking and some walked up to see what was happening. When they did, they happily joined the rest of us watching.

Didn't take long, really.

Skunks can be very cute, though they probably wouldn't make ideal pets, LOL. When I was a kid, we lived up north on the side of the mountain. My Dad had to climb down some winding steps to get down to his car. There was a skunk living under the porch of our house and my Dad, a big reason I'm an animal lover, used to say that the skunk would appear every morning to see him off to work...

you can get the scent glands removed, and they are like pet cats. knew a girl that had one when i was in grade school. always checked her windows when i walked by her house. the skunk was often sunning itself like a cat.
