Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsDear Lounge,
My upstairs neighbor keeps borrowing my vacuum cleaner.
When he didn't return it last time, I went up and rang his door buzzer and he kept shouting "Not now!"
What should I do?
Signed,
Dusty
