OK: Is anybody else, other than me, creeped out by those Extra Crispy KFC TV commercials?

You know the ones I'm talking about---the ones with the Colonel, collar-open and sporting Trump Orange makeup, drawling oh-so-suggestively about how tasty his Extra Crispy stuff is. I'm not a big KFC fan as it is; I think I'd avoid the Extra Crispy for reasons I'd rather not get into. Definitely an ad campaign that needs some rethinking........

1. Actually, I was kind of glad to see George Hamilton again

I have always enjoyed his acting and thought he did a good job portraying a variant on the Colonel. Nevertheless, I much prefer the original recipe fried chicken, though I hardly ever eat there.

4. Yip, creeped out here. Only saw one commercial, didn't even realize it was G.H., but wondered

why face paint isn't in the same category as blackface. Plus, wondered why it was a different actor from that ex-SNL dude. Are they still doing auditions?!1

and despite their intentions, actually puts me off their product even more.

Happy to see he's still alive, as so many are passing on. It still won't make me buy any KFC though. Ugh........
