Of course my double or triple latte at 6:30 pm probably doesn't help.

I tried to de-caffeine for a few weeks of late, but noticed such a definite drag that I had to go back to it.

During the week I only have one espresso drink at 6 30 pm, weekends I have one in the afternoon when I take mom for coffee. If I drank the stuff in the morning I think I would crash super bad about 10 a.m. I can't stand coffee, but I love straight espresso or espresso drinks. I wish I did like coffee, it's cheaper. At least there is not a coffee shop close to my work.

Granted, I work second shift, so some of the hours are different for me, but same sentiment.
Just got home from work. I hope to fall asleep before 4. I hope.
