I know that Mary Ann from Gilligan's Island, Jennie from I Dream of Jennie, or Tuesday Weld from Dobie Gillis do not look the same. In fact I would be totally freaked out if they did. So why do those ads keep asking me. Are the people who make the ads the only people who are not familiar with the concept of getting older?

What purpose can it possibly serve? I don't look the same either. I was actually much younger-looking 50 years ago, too.
