Looking for music suggestions

I don't have television and my radio is set to NPR which will probably be live coverage all day, so I'm going to blast some irreverent music all day on my stereo. I'm looking for music that will terrify our new govt and my neighbors who voted for them. So far I have Bronski Beat's Age of Reason, Tori Amos' Little Earthquakes, Bowie, Yes Tales of Topographic Oceans (which many people find very annoying when it's played really loud, which I can do). Probably some Black Sabbath. I have hundreds of albums. Suggest something, if I don't have it I'll bet I have something similar.

TIA and I wish you all well during our last week of sanity.

She does an interesting version of I Put a Spell on You. Creedence's version plays well turned up to 11, that guitar solo, I'll put it on my list.

I think so too!!! There are several versions with different countries' armies marching, but this one is the most impressive to me. I think in part because the resolution isn't that good sometimes and the faces are somewhat blurred making them look like clones in some spots.

Love me some Lou. "as classical music it adds nothing to a genre that may well be depleted. As rock 'n' roll it's interesting garage electronic rock 'n' roll. As a statement it's great, as a giant FUCK YOU it shows integrity—a sick, twisted, dunced-out, malevolent, perverted, psychopathic integrity, but integrity nevertheless." - Lester Bangs

this thread had faded away. But DUers come through again and rise to the occasion. My son is a big grind fan. I got to where I kinda like some of it, too. Terrorizer, for instance, is rather catchy, but then, so is the plague. So, there's that.

You did remind me of a mix CD I have with bands like Throbbing Gristle, Gravity Kills, Cabaret Voltaire. I will have to find that one.

at this year's Maryland Death Fest. It's killing me I can't go this year. They broke up before I ever got to see them. Terrorizer is playing there this year too if you or your son are in the neighborhood. (Baltimore, Memorial Day weekend)

Although it is only drummer Pete Sandoval and some new guys, the new guys are terrific. A lot of people claim it ain't real without Oscar or the late, great Jesse Pintado but I thought they did a great job of honoring the legacy and playing the everlovin EFF out of all those songs when I saw them a year and a half ago.

I went to MDF VII, VIII and IX and will try to go every year but other things have been taking my discretionary funds for the last several years. As far as I'm concerned it's one of the best metal festivals in the world.

I can for sure sing along with that one. Wish I could put the beginning on a tape loop and play it while the fucker takes the vow, or whatever it is he plans to do.

Never heard My Hero before but that is definitely a song that needs to be resurrected and slightly reworded.

Thank you for the viewing and the link. My oldest daughters loved Green Day and saw them in Anchorage in '98, for their "Nimrod" tour. One of the great songs from that album was this one:

This one is great for Trump Day;

They still bring it every show, and the new stuff is some of their best since American Idiot.
