...the CNN contract? "I must be called chief." I believe Michael Jackson had a contract stating he would be called "King of Pop". Billing is important in their lives - not only where, but how they are referred to...

Seriously, I was eavesdropping the other day on the bus, and two guys who get on the stop after me, who I particularly like to listen to because they gossip about their workplace nonstop, said no one will even submit a resume if the position isn't referred to as a "lead".
