Saying Till We Meet Again on Rainbow Bridge
I am sharing this with my DU pet lovers.
I had to make the dreaded decision to euthanize my cat Chloe diagnosed with kidney disease last Monday. I have had her some 18 years who was a stray who I took in and adopted she never left our side. She was a beautiful cat.
My daughters who were about 6 or 7 she was their first pet, now my girls have just celebrated their 21st birthdays.
I have been sort of MIA here on DU. Hardest thing to loose a pet.

I know your pain only too well and it doesn't go away overnight.

Sharing your pain is about all we can do. 
I can all too deeply empathize with what you're enduring right now. 
I just had to make that painful, yet correct choice for my Tink in February. Kidney cancer in her case.
It rips you apart to lose a furry family member. Know you made the right decision and I'm sure Chloe appreciates you're putting her own better interest first.
Chole was a beautiful girl both in heart and looks. SO sorry for your loss. You did right by her and she loved you for it. She'll always be in your heart and memories.
