A Mother's Day story- I am proud of my kids!

I have 2 adult kids who currently still live with my and my husband. Our 22 year old son graduates from college a week from today and our 26 year old daughter works at a school for kids with special needs and is saving money for a place of her own.
Every Sunday the kids meet up with a few other friends and go for a late night snack at a local diner where they have befriended a waitress who recently lost her husband to alcoholism and who had previously lost her only child.
Today my daughter told me they were getting chocolate and flowers for her and going to give them to her for Mother's Day.
They are such caring warm hearted young adults. I'm really proud of the kind of people they have become.
Happy Mother's Day everyone! From a happy mama

(My daughter also cooked me a delicious dinner!)
