without insurance until they get really sick and then running out and buying it. Don't know about Senate plan, but I think the House plan included a 30% premium surcharge for people that did that, but for only 1 year. So a reprobate could save $600/month for 5 years (total of $36,000), get sick, buy insurance and pay an extra $180 per month for one year. Then, back to $600 a month.

Insurance companies will have to charge those of us who purchase insurance extra to cover that kind of BS.
