There is a thunder storm right on top of me right now. I will open my

Windows in honor of my mom who grew up on a farm and celebrated rain and thunder and lightening by opening all the doors and windows into our house if there was a storm outside. I was afraid as a kid. I can enjoy it now. Miss you mom.

little. I remember balling my eyes out and thinking "what - this noise is supposed to be fun?" We rented a neighbours cottage when I was four. There was a huge thunder and lightening storm one night. And of course the walls are so thin in a cottage. Ì was a teen before I could stand either. Now I love them both.
