Been on a whole food lowfat diet for two years. McDs would kill me. But I can cut the carbs to nothing and have a few brews every three or four days. Started at a whopping 362 lbs. And have been 230 for six months. I can have my beer and drink it too. But I have a very physical job in a very hot place. So this might not work for all.
