Need some help from someone who knows how to Photoshop

My brother-in-law sent me this picture of Trump smirking:

He told me they do this to give the tempertantrump his daily dose of ego-boost. I said the picture reminded me of another species:

A mutual friend posted: "Could you photo shop a comb-over and paint the face orange? It'd be so perfect."

I can't, don't know how. But maybe someone here could? I think I could get a waiver from the Reptile Antidefamation League.

He wouldn't know if he caught the fly or not. A pat on the back from an assistant would be enough for him to THINK he caught the fly, even if he hadn't.
