Ok, just thought of why I can't watch Ben Affleck movies......

he's a one role actor. Every person he plays ARE EXACTLY the same person. He can't act period. Ugh.......actually he is kinda like how I view Dustin Huffman, a no actor "actor". Anyone agree with this assessment???

Bruce Wayne, as well.

He hosted SNL a few years ago. In rapid fire succession, he played different and very diverse characters. He was good!

like Keanu Reeves

I do think Mr. Affleck is a very good director though.

And I think Dustin Hoffman is a phenomenal actor.

..It's hard to imagine Gary Cooper being anybody but Gary Cooper, for instance. But he was wonderful in his way..
It's a comfort, sometimes, to watch an actor you feel you already know completely. But I understand your complaint…
And maybe one of the problems these days is that our "Ben Afflecks" don't seem to be as universally familiar as our "Gary Coopers." Or as heroic.

As for Affleck, I don't find him all that interesting as an actor, but he's a pretty solid director. Gone Baby Gone, The Town and Argo were all good flix.
