Robert Peterson lives in court and loves to stir up shit. Pete Barnes, OTOH, is one of the calmest people you're likely to meet - and he's been a bailiff here longer than Robert Peterson has been alive. The only reason he would tase someone is if he knew there was no other way to deal with the problem.
