I wanted to find whoever chained up this dog and treat them like a liberal protester at a Trump rally, but it turns out the photographer rescued the poor dog.

I had assumed it was from this year's flooding, but I guess some asshole had just thrown them out.

My daughter lives in Birmingham and fishes on the Warrior - someone dumped them. These good-ole-boys picked them up and took them to safety.
