1. I used to watch Three Amigos once a week

The premise is that 3 out of work Hollywood actors in the early 1900s are lured to Mexico to save a village from constant attacks by banditos while they think they're just going down there to perform. Just before entering the bar of the town, a German (who is a fan of the Amigos and carries a gun similar to theirs and is running guns to the bandits), enters the bar and shoots it up after being disrespected for his, "Sissy gun." He warns the patrons to treat his friends - arriving later - with more respect. The Amigos enter moments later.

Was Lucky's "3 Demands."

I have 3 demands! First, that you quit harassing the innocent people of Santa Poco. Second that all the lands of Mexico be redistributed equally among the people and a proportional system of government be established consisting of three separate but equal branches - the executive, the legislative, and the judicial, and three (gets choked by El Guapo) that the girl Carmen be returned to me unharmed.

Also their first night in Mexico eating with some villagers in their home, and Dusty asks if they have anything other than Mexican food.

The Music Box is a Laurel and Hardy short film comedy released in 1932. It was directed by James Parrott, produced by Hal Roach and distributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. The film, which depicts the pair attempting to move a piano up a large flight of steps, won the first Academy Award for Live Action Short Film (Comedy) in 1932. In 1997, this film was selected for preservation in the National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant".

I have from time to time tried to see if W. C. Fields's scene from "If I Had a Million" has been restored to Youtube. It has not. I last saw it there several years ago. The film has been removed due to copyright issues. I wish it could be put in the public domain so that it could be viewed again.

If I Had a Million is a 1932 American pre-Code Paramount Studios anthology film. There were seven directors: Ernst Lubitsch, Norman Taurog, Stephen Roberts, Norman Z. McLeod, James Cruze, William A. Seiter, and H. Bruce Humberstone. Lubitsch, Cruze, Seiter, and Humberstone were each responsible for a single vignette, Roberts and McLeod directed two each, and Taurog was in charge of the prologue and epilogue. The screenplays were scripted by many different writers, with Joseph L. Mankiewicz making a large contribution. If I Had a Million is based on a novel by Robert Hardy Andrews.

Ex-vaudeville performer Emily La Rue (Alison Skipworth) is very content with her life, running her tea room with the help of her partner, ex-juggler Rollo (W. C. Fields). Only one thing is lacking to make her satisfaction complete, and it is delivered that very day: a brand new car. However, when they take it out for a drive, it is wrecked when another driver ignores a stop signal. The heartbroken woman returns to her tea room, where Glidden finds her.

She comes up with an inventive way to spend part of her great windfall. She and Rollo purchase eight used cars and hire drivers. They all take to the road in a long procession. When they encounter an inconsiderate road hog, Emily and Rollo immediately set off in pursuit and crash into the offender's automobile. They then switch to one of their spare cars and repeat the process, until they run out of automobiles. At the end of the day, Emily purchases another new car, but it too is destroyed in a collision with a truck. No matter. Emily tells Rollo it has been "a glorious day".

Just look at the expressions on the 5 in the audience as they watch this short performance...at the very end, Zero yells out..."That's our Hitler"....Shawn plays someone who doesn't know what the tryout is about, but sings his song anyway..(they let him tryout, even though he doesn't know where he is.. ) ..The group is producing a play..called Springtime for Hitler..and they need a lead singer for the show.(the funniest moment for me in films) Zero and Gene want to produce the worst play in all history, take a huge loss and keep all the money after the play flops terribly the very first night,,that is why they want the worst singer for the lead in the show)
