Has anyone sponsored refugees in their homes?

Iíd like to know how the process works and Iíd like to know what organizations are trustworthy

I contacted a Jewish Orginization in Pittsburgh that is suppose to get refugees.
Donít know if Iíll hear anything.

2. We have many empty rooms and extra kitchens etc.

So I thought we might, but there are Visa rules preventing it apparently.

4. The US should start evacuation flights to the US

provided housing is available. US immigration policy will require visas though.
I would certainly provide temporary housing at my home. I don't think any NGO has started a program for refuge in the US yet.
However I think a substantial amount of the refugees will want to return to rebuild Ukraine.
