It's the same dictatorship aligned behind the US imperialism and brought a bloodbath and destroyed Yugoslavia at the heart of Europe.
It's the same dictatorship that aligned with the US imperialism to support neo-nazis in Ukraine.

And years later when we finally see details we find out which corporate interests US imperialism were protecting at the time. It's happened so many times. You'd think people would wake up but they are too busy chanting "USA" "USA" ...
