And I agree with the others: not only does the writing add textural interest, but it adds an additional layer of meaning to the piece because it really is the three Rs.

That said, only you know if you want to repaint it, not because it's on scrap paper but because there's something you'd like to paint differently. But I think it is lovely as is.
