Hi there I have a question for you

I posted a similar post in the photography group and figured I would cover more ground posting in here as well.

I have a Picture of a tiger and wanted to turn his black stripes to Crimson Red and I was looking for someone that is great with using Photoshop or something of that kind that could help me out. I tried it using a few programs, but I'm out of my area in this.... I wanted to get this done and put it on a page of mine for my birthday today...could anyone be able to help me out on this at all?

I love the stripes that color ahem...you're gonna love me for this hahaha can you keep the stripes and bring out the whie fur at all without disturbing the stripes?
