2. been watching every episode in order from 1950. now up to mid 1955. most interesting is to

see these people in context of their time knowing what we know is coming for them and society. Since most celebrity guests are entertainers its worth noting Rock Around the Clock was going to soon appear in a movie and become the first nationwide across the board rock and roll smash, making entire genres of
WML guests obsolete, much like the beatles would later do in 64. A smattering of POC celebrity guests, a few latino and more blacks, only one asian in 5 yrs.

So much so that I wonder if at least a hint wasn't given to one of them ... but if I'm wrong, big kudos to these folks cause that was not easy based on what had been previously established.
