Thanks for sharing that one, sprinkleeninow. I hadn't heard that.

Several years ago, I had the opportunity to stay at the MacDowell Colony, the artist retreat the composer and his wife established before his passing. I made it a point to study some of his music but I hadn't heard the "Sketches." The Colony was awesome, beautiful, diverse in creative artists and the food was incredible! If you are creator in any discipline, consider applying for a residency.
