Those first 4 albums, plus Heaven&Hell are all excellent.
But my faces are the first and fourth album.
My uncle got 1 as a Christmas gift for me.
Put it on, and as a kid playing jazz piano, I dug rock & pop, but it hadn't struck a nerve. (Except for a few Beatles songs & Cream).
Song "Black Sabbath" begins. That opening riff!!!
The third note is a flatted fifth. I said to myself, "You can do flatted 5ths in rock?". I was hooked!

In West Lebanon. NY.
It was officially the Heaven and Hell Tour promoting the new ablum of of the same name with Ronny James Dio who had replaced 0zzy. It had become known has the Black and Blue tour because they were touring with Blue Oyster Cult. The details will be in a chapter or two of the memoirs of my misspent youth.
