1. Outstanding.
![]() I have a song that I have been trying to identify for years with “the Fourth of July” in it. Robbie Osman used to play it on Across the Great Divide on KPFA. He doesn’t remember. The only part I remember, sung by a woman, is: “It’s the Fourth of July again….stars bursting(?)in the sky…. I was thinking….something something……” ??? |

2. Thanks! Very nice, and a bullseye for me too
I will now share it to face book and my friends will be asking how I keep finding cool tunes.
Well the dozen or so friends I share songs with will like it anyway. Finding a new song from folks you already like is a damn treat - ![]() |

3. This guy is one of my favorites.
He's contributed so much to everything from punk to Americana.
He does this with his band The Guilty Men on their CD Out In California. It's a great recording and Dave can really wail on a Strat. He's recorded this a number of times. |
