1965 version of Sixteen Tons

Wondering if anyone is familiar with Tennessee Ernie Ford's 1965 version of "Sixteen Tons." I bought a batch of 45s recently, and there it was. It sounds, in my opinion, like of like a mash-up "Sixteen Tons" with Peggy Lee's version of "Fever." I'm not sure I care much for it, but thought I would share. Including a link to a YouTube video of the song.

Until I found this 45, it was the only version by Tennessee Ernie Ford that I was familiar with (save perhaps some filmed live performances).

I've never heard the other one. This one is the definitive
"Sixteen Tons."

Not even Tennessee Ernie Ford can improve on it.
Make that could have improved on it.
