Rudest fans award goes to.....
The Avett Brothers.
Went and saw these awesome musicians/songwriters a few weeks ago. Great band, phenomenal show. Loved it, loved them. Their fans however....
It was a sea of dudes in plaid western shirts, micro-brew tees, and buddy holly glasses that refused to shut the fuck up! They are a very dynamic band, slow to fast, loud to quiet, etc. Every time they slowed down or brought the volume down for effect, it was blah, blah, blah. At one point, some dickhead behind me was answering the singers lines. Avett- "And then my father told me", Dickhead- "What did he say? What did he say?" I damn near marched three rows back to say, "he said shut the fuck up!"
What a shame. That band deserves better.
End of rant.
