39. Naaa, that pooch is the most beautiful dog I've seen in a long time.

What breed is he/she? Looks like Jack in personality, a bit quirky and playful. My guess is he/she loves everybody and just may have a bit of bark penned up inside from time to time. All that and a bit of working dog too I bet. Jack is a working dog if you count barking at the wind . . .

Whenever someone comes to visit us Shadow runs out to greet them, as if the REAL reason they have come is to see HER! Her idea of a working dog is to come out to the barn for chores with us and bark at the horses in their stalls. She also barks at the wind!

Somehow my wife found out her DNA: Shadow is one half Blue Heeler, one quarter Border Collie, and one quarter Golden Retriever, Alaskan Malamute, White Swiss Shepherd.

The expression on her face in the submitted pic was priceless. This is a very nice portrait of Shadow, but I think the one you submitted fit the theme better.

She's very pretty here, but your submission was more fun, imo. It showcased a really fun side of her personality, and it told a story. That, in my opinion, made it extra special.
