Rolling boulders, dead & down trees of all sizes, lightning, zero-visibility in rain, fog, or smoke, totally unexpected snow/ice, .. etc, etc!

I drove out there ONCE back in the 1990s, it was dicey.

It reminds me of one of my patrol roads over in the Paradise Valley in Montana, Six Mile Creek, looks a lot like that picture in several spots. It leads to the edge of the AB Wilderness. I had to check for bear sign but I had to wait for several grouse, who liked to hang out in the road, along the way. My biggest concern is bank erosion causing the road bed to give way with nothing but a steep slope on one side and a wall on the other. The hazards seem to be worth the reward most of the time, though.
