8. Looks that way. What a tragedy! Here's what it looked like when I was there in 2015:
That is a LOT of ice gone for just 7 years!! Keep in mind that the ice we could SEE was 80 feet tall, but there was three times that much under the water that we couldn't see. The enormity of it all is just staggering to behold. |
