1. Very nice pictures, Peggy.

I’ve never seen yellow golf balls on stems, before.

6. What are the yellow ones in the first picture?

I’m not much of a botanist/gardener.

15. My dear 3catwoman3! Thanks for coming by today.

Ziggysmom says they're Billy Buttons. I hadn't heard the name before today.

I've been fascinated by them since the first time I saw them.

8. Nice colors!

I really like the calla lilies. That's the shot of this bunch. I like them all but that one is really eye catching.

19. Oh, dear Peggy...

Those are a beautiful lily I had never met until I went to California in my teens. My mom had white ones in the back yard. I didn't know they came in colors until a few years ago, though. Maybe that's a new thing.

But they are Calla lilies, don't know much else about them as I have never tried to grow them.

But they look so cool.

9. Oh my goodness, I love the yellow Billy Buttons! My mom grew those years ago.

Real name is Craspedia globosa, but I prefer Billy Buttons, Drumsticks or Sun Balls. They are a great flower for drying/preserving. You definitely have an eye for the unique things around you!

18. Wow, my dear Ziggysmom!

Your wonderful comments just took my breath away.

And also, thank you for identifying the yellow Billy Buttons. I had no idea what they were.

Looking around for the unique or unusual things that people my world is a big part of who I am.

20. I like those too!

They also look like tansy but they are kind of big. Thanks for the info!
