I'm loving Adobe Lightroom...
I'll admit I was adverse to learning new software because I thought Adobe Bridge and Photoshop did everything I wanted to do. WRONG. I love Lightroom. There are more ways to organize photos, easy to find them if you use keywords, the map, and metadata. SO easy to make many adjustments to photos and training videos for free.
If you need organizing and editing software I highly recommend Lightroom.
