Related: About this forumCar Show
There were only a couple of cars of note among the usual Corvettes, Camaros, MGs and TRs.
This was one of them. It's a Stears-Knight. Beautiful car. Huge back seating area complete with a couple of jump seats. The people who own it bought it to travel and drive it across country to shows. I asked about the gas mileage, and the guy laughed and said, "We don't bother to check. It's our hobby and entertainment. It just doesn't matter."
The other car of note was the Rod4Rob.
In talking to a guy I found out it is typical to put a Chevy engine in a Ford body for these old rods. Yep, there it isa 350 ChevFord.

(20,886 posts)I had never heard of the car before today. But I learned today they were in business quite a long time and made a lot of different models.
