I love the tones and values in these. You can feel the cold of a real Sierra winter.

#1 is my favorite, but they are all really nice.

That storm left a lot more snow on the ground once it got over here.

A story about that...

Last Friday drove from SW Montana to western Idaho, stayed until Monday and drove back (547 miles one way). I was in the mountains and had a considerable amount of ice and snow left by the raging storm over night to remove from the vehicle in order to open it. As I traveled home I got to the south of the main system that was just dumping on the mountains of central Idaho, all quite visible from the Snake River Plain the whole way. I actually got in front of it and endured some of the beginning of the same storm as I headed north into Montana again. I took pictures that I'll post when I get rid of my road jitters.

Interestingly, the snow in your pictures look a lot like the spring thaw we were having up to last Sunday, now we're back to winter as usual.
