Anything you like to send to Solly Mack during her recovery: Post it right here / let's keep it up

All I know folks is that her recovery is tough going and she might want to be lifted up and thought about.
Post something, whatever you might like that will entertain her, and if you feel like it add what it is about and why you are sending this particular photo.

Here is mine. An orchid from my bathroom window. It was saved separately, I discovered, and not lost in the many photos I lost when I dropped my hard drive.
It made me happy to find that I still had it.
This is for you, Solly.

43. Adding a photo with a self portrait

For Christmas I hung the huge balls on my porch just to show I've got some. Then it snowed. And I took the self portrait on my obligatory walk to take pictures in the always so rare snowfall.
Hope you like it and I hope you are tying a knot in the rope and hanging on for dear life.

for a few moments.

He was a juvenile and not yet as red in the face as he will get.

He was oddly pretty for such an ugly bird. He probably thought the same of me with my bloated face, still swollen and red from surgery. That I was oddly pretty for such an ugly human. He didn't fly off immediately so I figure he didn't find me a threat. Probably saw me as a potential snack.

when Snowy and I came back from our 5 PM walk. They were on the hill, but coming down to nibble seed from the feeder after I got back outside with the camera.

Here's a little pink tongue to go with that camellia

AND

I managed to capture 5 of the 6 of them in one shot!

I have never been close enough or had an angle to get the hooves like that one shot. Plus, we just last week had new mulch put down which makes a nice contrast. They are so tame. I was probably less than 10 feet away in the driveway when I took that shot with the BIRD feeder in it.

Mira knows how bad this has been for me because I've told her. I feel guilty now because I don't want to worry her. I love her so.

It is tough and it will probably get tougher, but with people like Mira and you all in my corner, I know I'll be OK.

The photos are wonderful! Thank you!

Just enjoy - say hello when you feel like it. I'm sending you a photo of Lola. She is a little creature who even when blissful will not smile.

Today was day 2 for you. Will think of you tomorrow and try to send some strength along with love.

Thank you! These threads have helped me. I was feeling down when I saw this one and it gave me a smile.

Forgive me for another Lola update, but look at what she surprised me with this morning!
First the very recent memory, then the surprise.

Onward and upward.
That's the path for you as well. So sad you have to go through such valleys to get there.

I tried walking up the stairs when I first got home and became dizzy.

D got some bedding out and made up the old love seat for me. Yes, I'm that short.

I can curl up in the smallest of places and nod off, like any puppy or kitten.

Today hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. Yay!

The little treats in this thread has helped greatly.

is this by chance at Bryce Canyon?
It's where I was on a "horse" the one and only time in my life, and it really was a mule. I went down the canyon sitting on this huge creature on descending serpentine paths not much wider than her body. I learned that mules are animals that can see all four of their hoofs at the same time, and that they know the treachery and that the riders are safe. I kept patting the back of her saying: "Brandy, I love you so much. But if I could, I would get the hell off of you right this minute."
Since it was my only time on a "horse" and the ride down was hours, and back up hours again, I was unable to walk properly for a number of days afterwards.
I'm too old to do it a second time. But it's such a treasured memory.

Carry on Solly Mack. Like Brandy did with me
