Quick-update. Surgeon follow-up yesterday.

Healing nicely. No sign of disintegration of my jaw. Everyone very hopeful there will be none. Apparently it shows itself quickly once the jaw is penetrated as mine was in surgery. Go back in a month and the next step will be planned out - the restoration. (more surgery)

Thank you for all the love and keeping me in your thoughts.

Still working on the embolism but as the pain has stopped the medicine is working. I go back in a month for that.

I can still laugh, so...I'm OK.

Love you all!!

Solly

I know I can't offer much in the realm of making the healing faster and better, but if you need something, just tell me!

I'm doing well. Healing and sleeping. Which is what my doctors all say I need to do - rest more. So I've been pampering myself though it has gotten a bit boring. lol

Binge watch some fun shows (or even trash! LOL!).

Voodoo recommends it! He loves him some homemade quilt.

My dogs have been hogging my lazy spot. I have to fight them for a bit of space. Still, they have been great companions during all this, always sticking by my side. Sometimes pushing me off the bed.

He turned 11 in January. He's a good boy. We have had him since he was two months old. We have three others, all chihuahuas, but they are all female. We lost our cat, Tony, almost three years ago now. I like cats too. The are like me, a bit aloof, but funny and loving when we decided it is to be bestowed upon someone. HAHA!

The one thing I really love about dogs is they love you no matter what!

I hope they bring you joy as that will help you heal faster.

Hope the healing continues fast and thorough. Sounds like you are doing your part. I'm still working on how to get a pic of the new power lines to share with you without getting run over or arrested.

the street. They are adding second gas fired power plant. Sometimes from the correct angle all the lines make me think of the mast on a ship. But because they are working the traffic is awful. I will get it one day. Unless something really bad happens it is not going anyway.

Keep healing. <3
