(60,071 posts)I was happy with the Fred photo. I like him so much. When the ticket office opens, he is there to greet us as we walk in, and after the movie he bids us a good evening. Such a welcoming place.
Rufus Wainwright is coming to his theater this month. That is going to be a great show.

(239 posts)in that fountain when she was a toddler on a too hot summer day. Thanks for capturing the joy. Also, I've been going to the Kentucky Theater since the 60's. Lexington benefits from both newer and older entertainment spots.

(402 posts)I don't know anything about photography, which seems to be what most of the comments are about, but I DO know about the Kentucky Theater. I grew up in Lexington, KY and remember going to that movie theater as a young person. Glad to see it is back in business.

(60,071 posts)I ended up having to darken many because the concrete and harsh sun. I also wanted to make sure I had the skin tones to my liking. I should have brought my ND filter.
This Sunday is a cyclocross.
